TenFourFox customized just for the sites you need.
You can even run these single-site "foxboxes" simultaneously with TenFourFox.

A security issue with Flash makes it possible for a malicious Flash file
to impersonate you.
TenFourFox does not run plugins,
including Flash. However, other browsers you use might be vulnerable.
There is no good way to defend against this attack and Power Macs no longer
receive updates to Flash.
A tool such as SandboxSafari
may improve the safety of sites that need Flash.
